You will find St John's a spiritual place to reflect and pray, to seek rest and to recognise the presence of God.

St. John's Church, Helsington in one of seven churches in the Two Valleys team.

The church is open every day from 9.00am until 5.00pm April to October and until 4.00pm November to March.

In spring in the churchyard a carpet of snowdrops first appears, followed by a host of daffodils and a variety of wild flowers until the grass is cut around June

Sunday services are followed by coffee, tea, biscuits and friendly chat.

Between 2 and 4 pm on Bank Holiday Monday, 26th May, all visitors to Helsington Church will be offered tea or coffee, cake or biscuits and convivial chat. You and anyone visiting you will be very welcome to join us. An opportunity too to thank all who arrange flowers, participate in church watch and support our church in other ways.
